Warranty Information
Frame Warranty:
A 1 year manufacturer’s warranty is included with all frames purchased at The Eye Team Inc. This warranty includes manufacturer defects or failure of the frame under normal wear circumstances. A frame may be replaced under this warranty at no charge one time in the 12 months following the date of purchase. A frame or parts may be replaced more than once with a $20.00 ordering fee within the first year from the original date of service.
Lenses:
The Eye Team will remake a lens at no charge with a doctor’s change in the prescription within the first 90 days of the original purchase. 90-180 days, the lens will be made at a 50% discount. After 6 months, the lens will be remade at full retail pricing. All new lenses are scratch coated and carry a one year warranty for manufacturer’s defects under normal wear.
Anti-Reflective Coating:
Anti-Reflective coating carries a 2-year warranty for manufacturer defects under normal wear conditions. In order for the warranty to be honored, the lenses will have to be sent back to the lens laboratory.

Contact Lenses:
Unopened boxes of contact lenses may be exchanged for a different prescription
or brand within 60 days from the original purchase.

be discussed with an Eye Team associate as soon as possible.
